		<description>I&#039;m a strong believer in microchips, and they are relatively cheap to get, but I&#039;m concerned that many companies now are beginning to charge big bucks (especially if you have a few pets) to keep them updated.  In some cases, the maintenance fee exceeds the chip cost.  Microchips are only as good as the information attached is current.  I think we need to come up with a lifetime registration that is paid for by advertising or some other means than a yearly fee.</description>
