Firefighters in Britain revived a corn snake in 2007 using a breathing device normally used on people.

Iguanas, turtles and other reptiles were also rescued from a burning apartment building. The human resident escaped before fire crews arrived.

“We gave the snake oxygen and it recovered,” said a West Midlands Fire Service spokesman. “It’s unusual, but all part of the service.”

So yes, you can perform CPR on a snake.
